• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
     

2. How to Return an Item:

• Step 1: Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
• Step 2: Select the items you want to return and choose your return method.
• Step 3: Package your items securely and include the original packing slip.
• Step 4: Ship the item back to the address provided, using the return label generated.
   

3. Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
• In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
   

4. Exchanges:

• If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order on our website. For eligible exchanges, we will offer a free return shipping label.
   

5. Sale or Clearance Items:

• Items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for returns unless otherwise specified. Returns for sale or clearance items may be subject to a restocking fee.
   

6. International Returns:

• For orders shipped internationally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to guide you through the return process.
   

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist with either a replacement or full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
